**Job Detail**

The Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) Governance position will lead several key governance and operational functions within the CPMC. The CPMC is an officially chartered governing body responsible for setting the strategic direction of PM Governance at Citi.

This role will be responsible for maturing the CPMC Charter in synch with Citi's needs and requirements. The role is pivotal with maintaining interaction and communication with the various bodies of PM governance across Citi, namely; CPMC Leadership, Governing Team, Taskforce teams as well as CPMC's governing bodies. CPMC governance communication also extends to keeping the following partners informed and engaged; Organization PMO Leads, Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit and Citi's Regulators.

The CPMC Governance lead will provide leadership in the operationalization of several processes which govern different aspects of Citi's Book of Work. The role requires knowledge and experience with PM and/or PMO. The candidate should be adept at developing relationships with the wide array of CPMC's partners and have well honed communication and organization skills.

**Key responsibilities will include:**

o Provide leadership in the area of operationalizing the governance processes which govern aspects of Citi's Book of Work. The role requires the lead to challenge the product, completeness of process and role engagement to ensure consistent control and oversight.

o Set and maintain an agenda for communication with the various layers of CPMC governance in conjunction with CPMCs strategic plan and annual goals.

o Develop and maintain an engagement model with CPMC's partner organizations within Technology, Operations, Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Citi's Regulators

o Engage with owners of policy and standard which impact or are impacted by the PM Policy and Standards

o Maturing the CPMC Charter to ensure the governance model is as comprehensive as needed while providing efficiencies in the area of engagement and communication.

o Represent the CPMC within relevant PM forums

o Maintain close working relationships with all CPMC Leadership Team members who are responsible for PM Standards, Tools, Capabilities, Executive Reporting, Metrics and Process Quality


o 10+ years experience in the following areas: PM/PMO Governance Experience; Tech or Non-Tech Program / Project Management; Development of Policy, Standards and/or Process, IT development experience. PMP Certification desired.

o Strong leadership, influencing, and organization skills, with ability to motivate and drive diverse groups of individuals.

o Executive presence and executive communication

o Proven experience as a relationship builder and team player.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project)

o High energy and a passion for program management and its processes
